It's Time to Federally Legalize Marijuana in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania established a medical marijuana program in 2016 that has grown to serve hundreds of thousands of registered patients across the Commonwealth. Adult-use legalization has significant support from Pennsylvania voters and has advanced in the state legislature, but federal prohibition creates uncertainty for every business and patient in the state's cannabis ecosystem. Federal legalization would protect Pennsylvania patients and bring one of the nation's largest states into a fully regulated cannabis future.
