It's Time to Federally Legalize Marijuana in Kansas

Kansas remains one of only a handful of states with complete prohibition on all forms of cannabis, with no medical program and some of the harshest possession penalties in the nation. Kansans regularly drive across state lines to Colorado, Missouri, and Oklahoma to legally access cannabis, yet face serious criminal charges upon returning home. Federal legalization would end this outdated double standard and bring Kansas residents into step with the rest of the country.
